Solution
After an analysis of their current situation, we recommended hiring a junior recruiter, investing in a new applicant tracking software, and creating a repeatable process. We performed a review of applicant tracking software packages and provided a recommendation based on a scorecard. Once the software was approved, we customized it to suit the client’s needs and developed a training manual for the new recruiter. A training session was conducted to explain the new process and workflow.

Solution
After assessing the business processes and gathering requirements for a software solution, we determined that an industry specific software could handle the database constraints as well as the project management needs. We found a collaboration focused software that was customized to fit the client’s requirements. The internal processes were updated to maximize the use of the new software.

Project management to create a virtual reality training application
Solution
We worked with the client to gather their requirements and then partnered with an experienced development company to handle the coding. We set up a project schedule to keep the development team and client on track. Utilizing an iterative approach, we reviewed concepts and designs as they were completed to speed up the project delivery time.
Results
The client was amazed by the final product and quickly scheduled opportunities to utilize the training application.

After analyzing the current state of the business including the existing processes and technologies, we determined there were not clear roles and the technologies were not optimized for the business. We established a task management process and data recording process while also configuring the technologies to meet the needs of the business.

The owner was relieved to free up time to focus on the business and was able to rely on the team to complete tasks. The automations through the technology saved time for the staff as well.
