Solution
After an analysis of their current situation, we recommended hiring a junior recruiter, investing in a new applicant tracking software, and creating a repeatable process. We performed a review of applicant tracking software packages and provided a recommendation based on a scorecard. Once the software was approved, we customized it to suit the client’s needs and developed a training manual for the new recruiter. A training session was conducted to explain the new process and workflow.

We found a collaboration focused software that was customized to fit the client’s requirements. The internal processes were updated to maximize the use of the new software.

Project management to create a virtual reality training application
Solution
We worked with the client to gather their requirements and then partnered with an experienced development company to handle the coding. We set up a project schedule to keep the development team and client on track. Utilizing an iterative approach, we reviewed concepts and designs as they were completed to speed up the project delivery time.
Results
The client was amazed by the final product and quickly scheduled opportunities to utilize the training application.

We established a task management process and data recording process while also configuring the technologies to meet the needs of the business.
